"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives… to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."
Luke 4:18–19"So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed."
John 8:36Jubilee Now is a ministry built on one conviction — the finished work of Christ makes complete freedom available to every person, right now.
We preach the gospel in the streets of New Orleans, in sanctuaries, and wherever the Spirit leads. No watered-down message. No performance. Just the Word, the Spirit, and the power of a Jesus who is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Jubilee — in the Old Testament — was the year debts were cancelled, slaves were freed, and land was restored. Jesus came and declared that year is now. It never ended. We live in the perpetual Jubilee of the finished work.
We preach from a foundation of what Christ accomplished — not what we must still attain. These are the anchors of our ministry.
Jesus completed everything on the cross. It is finished. Not "it will be finished when you're good enough." Righteousness is a gift, received by faith — not earned by performance.
The Holy Spirit is alive and active. Healing, deliverance, prophecy — the gifts didn't stop with the early church. We expect the Spirit to move every time we gather.
Freedom isn't a distant promise. It's the present reality of the Kingdom. Freedom from sin, shame, addiction, fear — available today through the power of the gospel.
We preach the Bible as the inspired Word of God. We don't dilute it for culture and we don't weaponize it against people. The Word is good news — we proclaim it that way.
The church doesn't wait for people to come find it. We go into the streets, the neighborhoods, the forgotten places — and we preach the gospel to every person willing to listen.
In Christ, you are a new creation. Not a sinner trying to do better — a son or daughter of the King, already seated with Christ in heavenly places. We preach identity, not behavior modification.
"How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news."
Romans 10:15"And as you go, proclaim this message: The Kingdom of Heaven has come near. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give."
Matthew 10:7–8Aristotle "Ace" Alviso graduated from West Point and served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. Then Jesus got ahold of him — and nothing was the same.
The same discipline that carried him through Ranger School and combat deployments now drives him into the streets of New Orleans with the finished work of Jesus. He preaches without apology, lays hands on the sick, and believes every person he meets is one encounter from total transformation.
Jubilee Now Ministries is the overflow of that encounter — a ministry built not on religion but on the radical, complete freedom that only Christ can give.
